Prices
Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST unless stated. GST and shipping are shown at checkout. Prices and specifications may change without notice; the price at the time of order confirmation applies.
Orders
An order is confirmed when payment is received (online) or when we acknowledge your bank transfer. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error or stock unavailability, with a full refund.
Software licences
Software is licensed, not sold, for use by the purchasing organisation on the number of PCs / branches / users purchased. Licences may be locked to registered hardware.
Warranty
Hardware carries the manufacturer’s warranty. Consumables are warranted against manufacturing defects when used as recommended. Physical damage, wrong media or electrical faults are not covered.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Chennai have exclusive jurisdiction.
